Easy question but no margin for error here so no guestimates!

i need to identify the "signal" wire for the MAP sensor. Specifically, which wire carries the signal from the MAP sensor to the ECU.

It is the dark green/red wire coming off the MAP sensor(pin 1) and goes to the C2 connector on the PCM(pin 23).

yeah, I guestimate he's right
