How do you remove the windshield washer bottle from a 2004? I just lost a gallon of fluid. Kind of made a neat trail, leading away from Autozone, for about 4 - 5 blocks.

Remove the front bumper. And there is a couple of bolts holding it in. One in the engine bay, near the neck and 2 or 3 under the bumper. Might as well as relocate it while you have it out. New one probably costs $$$!! I got a 1.5 qt overflow coolant bottle and some extra wiring (12 ga, iirc) and a hole saw (don't recall the size). Overall probably cost you $20, more if you don't have the hole saw already.

Sadly, that's what I suspected: I HATE it when I'm right! (About removing the bumper). I'll follow the hose down to the bottle, 1st, to see if the hose has come off, then I'll get to work on removing the bumper. Just seems a shame to go to all that trouble, when I don't have an ARB to replace it with......

I didn't remove the bumper to remove mine . I took the rivits from the bottom and pulled the inner wheel well back and the plastic that goes under the splash gaurd ,slid my hand up. There was alot of bad words in the process but i didn't remove the bumper.
A new tank here is $195.00 and the pump is $79.00.
I got the tank down and found it was my pump that was broken at the part where the 2 hoses connect . so i just bolted the tank back up and put the new pump in , all is good now .I will relocate when the finer weather comes.
