It seems my tailgate is stuck closed. The Window opens normally, as do the rest of the doors. The Lock clicks when I use key or handle but door remains stuck. When it first happened the rear interior light came on and the only way to shut them off was to pull fuses and reset. Just didn't work for the door. Any ideas? I heard it could be the 'rear auto lock' that's burned out and it's a pricey unit to replace. Has anyone else had this problem? Ellizabeth Vancouver, BC |

my rear lock mechanism died and needed to be replaced. I could still use the tailgate handle to pop the glass, but the lock would not disengage. It was indeed pricey to replace =/ |
