just picked up my jeep liberty two days ago after dealer put a different engine in it along with new oil filter and air filter.......i drove today and stepped on the gas a bit on the highway and now i get a P0158 code....it will go back to dealer on this but my question is...did they forget to do something or messed up something when putting in engine? this code did not come up before with bad engine.

P0158 code = Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 2, bank 2 – high voltage Wiring short to positive, HO2S, ECM Oxygen sensor (O2S) 2, bank 2 – high voltage Wiring short to positive, O2S, ECM

maybe they damaged a Co2 sensor?

Probably smoked the O2 sensor when they heated up the pipes to get it out or when the "new" engine was first started it got cooked somehow?

Could be a bad O2 sensor.. Maybe they left a wire laying up against the exhaust which melted...
