The strapping is due to a big concrete block (not visible in this video) that I could have hit on the way up the hill. No thanks, I've got enough trail damage this year already. We actually did that trail backwards; it's the orange trail at Badlands. Originally we did it forwards the day before, and I made it down the drop-in fine (a feat in of itself). But coming back through the trail backwards, it just wasn't worth the damage.

I aired down to 18lbs. I'm not locked, and probably won't be until next year.
