If we can get it down to $15 I'd go for it.

I got a craftsman one, my dad got it for chirstmas last year and i took it b/c i knew he wouldnt use it. Ive got a 3' and 20' strap, shackle, handheld cb, some tools, pin for hitch receiver, some more little things. Works out great and i keep it in the back floor. Cost $20. Dosent come with anything though.
I think this is it.

What bag are you talking about?
The 18" or the 15"?

I think what we ought to do is have someone get a line on some old army surplus ammo cans. They're tough as hell, water proof, fire resistant, and would look mighty fine with a LOST stenciled on the side with some white spray paint.

Ammo cans are really cheap, usually $5 each or less. Geocachers use them all the time. Stencils are easily done. The problem is shipping them usually costs twice as much or more than the can itself and they become projectiles if not secured properly.
