While I was in a public parking lot someone sprayed the passenger side doors with paint remover! :evil:

It worked! Pictures to follow!

Good time to get some airbrush art on the KJ?

Hopefully your insurance will cover that. If you have any small dings, they can take care of those at the same time, but with that bubbling, the paint probably has to be taken down to the primer (or more) before it's flat. Is your paint color a metallic fleck?

Probably cheaper over all than to have it repainted.... and you will never have to worry about scratches....

Just a little bit of prep and they would be ready to shoot it..............

But honestly, knowing the kind of kids that live in st.auggie, it was probably a couple of little stoner kids trying to show off for their friends and look cool.

Hope you immediately hosed the whole area with water to neutralize the acid used(or brake fluid).If it was brake fluid I feel for the painter that has to try and get paint to stick to those panels again.

It's that thick paint stripper I think. I recognize the smell of it at any rate. The cops are coming out to make a report. I figured it would help them in tracking what these jerks are doing.

Nothing can spoil that weekend. Good ride + good company! The cop that came out has a Wrangler!! The next thing you know another cop comes pulling in . Yep...he has a Wrangler also. We ended up talking about Jeeps and riding. So now I have 2 more guys to ride with and they said some pretty nasty things about the punks that messed up my Jeep!
