Ladies and Gents,

As with any great story, it starts with a cute girl and the desire of a guy to talk to girl. This girl in particular owns her own graphics\decal company. She primarily does walls and toilets (yeah...She decals toilets). Shes cute, so I asked her if she could do custom work to make a decal for my Jeep's windows.

So what I'm thinking right now is something like this (I'm no artist so this is only a very very very very bad sketch)

Image

I was more or less thinking of an outline of an older style Liberty (couldn't find one on google that matched what I wanted) With maybe the liberty crawling over a rock.

Not trying to start anything, the decal idea is more of a poke at my family members and friends who call my jeep a grocery-getter. *shakes fist*

Any comments? Ideas? better artists willing to do me a rough sketch so I can pass it on to the lady?

i could probably draw something up. it might take a couple of days. the older liberties would probably be better.

Both..... If you do not get waves or nods or head turns from wranglers then you need more mods!

that's what i got from your idea and used your words. if you don't like it, that's fine. take no offense to it. might want to change the background color.

some people have gone to far with mods. everybody's i have seen up here though is awesome and i wish i could do all of that stuff to my jeep. :D people get crazy with cars though...lifting a car on like 24s is hilarious to look at..to me. anyways...i agree with oddball on not caring about waves and nods.

I'd like to have more people ask me about my jeep, I like talking about them and think it would be fun to "spread the word". Unfortunately the gaggles of women driving jeeps up here could care less. I do get some truck guys asking me if I have a lift kit on it now. I tend to look for other KJ to park next to at the store now though...

hey hey i am a woman! maybe i don't care just cause i don't have mods like a lift kit added yet so it just looks normal. i spread the word as much as i can though. i have learned a lot from this website.

Comments about women in Liberties don't pertain to women on this site, who have their crap together and love their jeep. The one's I'm talking about are the 98% who are driving them as minivan alternatives.

I get waves from TJ owners sometimes. And on the trail an XJ owner saluted me, I saluted him back. No we weren't flipping each other off....

Depends on where you are if you get waves or not, big or larger cities most likely not as like tjkj stated rich owners who don't even lnow what they are driving. Back roads, smaller towns I always get waved at, and if I stop spend 30 minutes aswering questions

Its like the Harley wave, used to be everyone waved no matter the patch or the putt you had, then the Rubbies started buying into the whole thing and while it sold new chrome landen bikes the friendiness went to he**

I found the "turning point" for getting waves/nods from other jeep drivers was the installation of a CB antenna. They know that you either take it offroad or at least to more places than the grocery store and daycare (or perhaps it's the "haven't drilled a hole, then it's not yours" theory).

Also, being slathered in mud driving out of the mountains seems to carry some cred'.
