Can Powerslot rotors be turned, machined, re-surfaced?

BTW, which is the correct term anyway, I've heard all of them used for this process.

You are not supposed to turn any slotted or drilled/slotted rotors.Some cheap idiots found the only way to turn them is on a flywheel resurface machine only and most place that machine flywheels will not do them.If there the cryo frozen ones you must buy new ones.

That's what I figured from what I remember of how the machine works (basically a lathe?). The rotors are not scored or damaged, I just like to have a fresh-cut surface to mate to the new pads whenever possible.
