He no longer stops what he is doing to answer the phone. Most of the time I even get the message, and he calls back.

He has been getting a lot of calls w/no message being left, so he can't return the call.
Marty cannot answer his phone while he is at his "other job" it is not allowed and he is working weird shift hours. He also has given up trying to balance business vs time with his kids, you can guess who wins, and if you think business you are more naive than you thought you were...

So leave a message and he will eventually get back with you.

I'm definitely not trying to cause a scene here guys. I've called him and left a message. I know he's a hard guy to get ahold of. I was just wondering if anyone ever seen him fairly often enough to say hey someone is lookin for you, that's it.

He's always returned my calls..... must be personal......
