I just got a new trans pan because mine got rusted through. Ive got just got a couple questions. They are above the few pictures below. New Trans Pan  Pan  Filter  Is this the right kind of transmission oil? (its synthetic)  What is that used for on the trans??   Hope you can help |

I don't know about the fluid, but that is a second filter....... |

The 45rfe on the 2002 libertys has two filters. One is a spin on and the other is a sump filter. Once you get the pan off you'll see whats going on. Idk about that fluid, Ive never heard of it. Id stick with a name brand ATF+4 fluid. Has anyone else noticed walmart stopped carrying Mopar ATF+4? Wish I would of stocked up on that stuff.. |

thanks for the help. the oil just came with the filters. the pan is mopar but the filters are not. hopefully the oil and filters will be okay. if anyone has any other input on this please msg me. |

thanks for the help. the back of the bottle says... "This product is engineered to meet the performance requirements of every automatic transmission fluid including [a bunch of cars and oils], ATF+3, ATF+4, [...ETC]. I can return it and get other stuff. if so y and what kind? any ideas appreciated. thnx |
