Who's dealt with him? Heard nothing but good things about him, but starting to get agitated with him. Ordered some items on 5/13. Didn't ship till 18th..got em the 20th. Was still missing my OME 948's in the order. Emailed him on the 20th asking where and when I'd get them and he still hasn't gotten back with me. I'd really like to get my lift on soon and he's not helping the situation! |

email him again, and / or call him he or someone usually picks the phone up by the second ring even late in the business day OME has issues occasionally to somewhat often keeping vendors in stock happened when i ordered mine, the 927's got delayed, arb had told him one date so he told me 2 days after it, then arb was like 7 days late so it was 9 days later than expected but he called me and told me without me having to do a thing No idea about the lack of comm. other than business shrug |

Last set of springs I got from him they were back ordered, so to get them to me he paid for the shipping ( 2 day) from ARB in Washington directly to me here in Ohio. One of those he didn't have to but for good customer service he did! Just give him a call, he's a great guy to deal with, very honest |

Thought it might have been omes end...never gave a call since ive been workin late. Ill have to give him a ring though. Just wish he could have noted it with the first package! Oh well! |

I am in the same boat. Made my OME and bumpstop order on the 14th, got the bumpstops on the 20th but no sign of the springs even though if you go to their site it says they were delivered same as the bumpstops. I'll give them a few more days then call, they stated when I ordered that they sometimes got orders delayed from the manufacturer. |

Calling was the best way for me to sort out my order issues too. I had gotten sent the wrong springs (928's not 948's) and gave him a call. It was all sorted out within a day and the shipping was, normal. I realize he ships them from Washington and I'm in VA so it's a bit of a long commute for the springs. |

Marlin is awesome to deal with. Be advised that when you talk to him on the phone you could potentially be there a while if you stray at all from buisness  Don't mind JL he has a problem with people that are more popular than he thinks he is. |

I no sooner hung up the phone when the big brown truck was backing into my drive. Now just have to find time to do the install. |
