Ok need some info.

Its for a buddy. he has an 06 liberty.

1.One is there a write on how to take the door panels off without ripping everything apart
2.what does it take to get the stock flares off, without ruining what holds them in.

PANEL TOOL is all i have to say and dont forget the 2 screws as for the flares i couldn't get mine off with tearing my clips all to pieces.Hopefuly someone can help you and me b/c i have to take my flares off in a few weeks.

If your real lucky the plastic clips holding on the flairs on will work again. The dealer charges an arm and leg for them.

Those clips are also available at NAPA for not a lot of $. I believe they come in packs of 14 or so. I don't recall the p/n though, sorry.

I had no trouble getting my flares off, didn't break a single clip.

don't recall how I did it, but it was not hard.

Knowledgeable - But Caustic

For the door panels coming off, it's easy. Done it a few times on mine.

1. Behind the door handle, remove the little cover.
2. Remove that screw
3. In the arm rest cubby, there is another screw.
4. Remove that screw.
5. With a wide putty knife, gently pry under it the door panel.
6. Keep doing that until all the clips are out.
