Seems Neatus took a tumble with his ride while on his way out East. Good thing is he is still with us.

Is he OK, other than just "with us?"

I hope he didn't get too banged up. A little bit of duck tape here and there it will be as good as new!

He's fine other then a couple of bruises and the loss of a good friend "El Scorcho" he called the Jeep. But in the end the Jeep kept him safe, there is another pic of him sitting on the hood I just recently came across.

darn, that sucks. Glad to hear that nobody was killed or seriously injured. I have to guess he was wearing a seat belt? So often when you hear of a rollover you learn that the driver and/or passenger were thrown out & promptly rolled over on.

It appears that the Liberty's uni-body did it's job and protected everybody. With any luck he may be able to salvage the drivetrain.

Well we'll be waiting now for the next build; "El Scorcho II"

OUCH.....!!!

I'm certainly glad to hear Neatus is OK, the Jeep....(and the bicycle)....didn't fair so well, but as mentioned above....the Liberty did it's job in allowing him to walk away from that wreck with only a couple bruises.
In my line of work I've pried dead bodies out of wrecks that didn't look quite as bad, seatbelts really do save lives. Another thing a lot of folks never take into consideration is strapping down their inside cargo, jacks, shovels, air compressors, tool boxes, flashlights.....all that stuff flies around inside your vehicle in a roll over, a lot of serious head injuries are accounted to loose cargo flying around and striking the driver / occupants on the head.....

 Yikes!

Glad Ernie is Ok.

Poor KJ......

Sure is good to see that the KJ holds up well in many of the accidents we have seen them involved in.

Glad he's ok, but I mourn the loss of one of the few SFA KJ's out there.

Rock on, Ernie.

So out of curiosity, what does the insurance company say when you tell them you totaled the ride, and there was hardly anything OEM on it suspension-wise when it happened? Will they actually cover this for him?

X2, got to say that the Liberties are built strong. I feel very safe in the little tank.

Glad he was able to walk away from that, maybe parts can be salvaged to a new SFA KJ.
