Give their Customer Service a call (1-800-745-6037) with your order # and find out what the problem is. Chances are the lift has to be dropped shipped from ARB.

Their main warehouse is in West Chester, PA....which is about 75 to 80 miles from me, got stuff from them in 2 days.....

You mean Quadratec actually sells Liberty products? They sure don't seem to advertise it...I've never done business with them. They seem way overpriced anyway.

You have look in their Cherokee catalog. Their prices are a out the same as 4wp/4wd. Plus they will price match. Their customer service and knowledge of employees is a huge improvement over 4 wheel parts though.

Ah, that explains it! Thanks daspes!

I don't remember what I ordered from Quadra

someone had given me a QT gift card, i think i ordered some cleaning products and some camping stuff but i have heard a few mention their OME/ARB stuff was delayed via quadra, at no fault of quadra, pretty much all ome vendors experience the delays when the items aren't already in stock

sorry to hear about your delay

yea :( I've learned the hard way to not trust any sites availability reports on the site as they aren't up to date over half of the time

summit has gotten me about four times where it says available, and ships same day and available with over night shipping

I place the order and get notified the next day it's on a five day backorder and only avail. with 3 day shipping and with summit, if you say.. request for them to change from rancho to bds shocks so that you can get the stuff within a day or two.. they end up having to call you on three way with your bank to authorize the charges, even if it's less

pretty much quit ordering anything from summit without calling first

4wd does that price match claim, but they suck. I called to price match a product from Summit and, instead of matching it, they said : we no longer carry that product." As of today they still list it on their website and you can add it to your cart.....at the much higher price. Lying mo-fo's:

Don,

Unfortunately we don’t handle the oil filter relocation kit any longer, thanks for the inquiry.

maybe the items are drop shipped from the manufacture. I had that happen with all things Jeep. I ordered a tire cover and some Husky liners. The tire cover came with a packing slip that said that completed my order and I was like NO it dont! Where are my husky Liners? I sent them a message and they told me it shipped from the manufacture not them. they wee in the porch 2 days later.

I recently completed an order with Hellcreek Suspensions. They let me know beforehand that part of it would be drop shipped. All in all, their customer service was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a product that they carry.
