When I run my air conditioning or heater the blower control only works at the highest setting(4). When its at 1,2, 0r 3 nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? I checked the fuses and everything seems okay. I just don't understand why it only would work on the highest setting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey look in to the blower motor resistor wiring. All the Jeeps have a tendency to fry that wiring when you run the blower on high alot or if it is ran for a very long period.

I saw on another car forum that it probably is the blower resistor. It is suppossed to be located behind the glove box. I have looked and am unsure where to find it though.

I had the same thing happen to me, I think it was $15 for the resistor from the dealer. Good as new after the replacement.

I got the old part out and will have to go to the dealership tomorrow to buy a new one. I went to Autozone and Advance auto parts but neither had one. Thanks for all the help guys.
