When I run my air conditioning or heater the blower control only works at the highest setting(4). When its at 1,2, 0r 3 nothing. Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? I checked the fuses and everything seems okay. I just don't understand why it only would work on the highest setting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Chad |

Hey look in to the blower motor resistor wiring. All the Jeeps have a tendency to fry that wiring when you run the blower on high alot or if it is ran for a very long period. Parakeet |

I saw on another car forum that it probably is the blower resistor. It is suppossed to be located behind the glove box. I have looked and am unsure where to find it though. Chad |

I had the same thing happen to me, I think it was $15 for the resistor from the dealer. Good as new after the replacement. |

I got the old part out and will have to go to the dealership tomorrow to buy a new one. I went to Autozone and Advance auto parts but neither had one. Thanks for all the help guys. Chad |
