The fiance and I are out around town tonight and I've noticed two problems. 1) when I start the jeep it takes two times to crank it. It hesitates but if I press the gas it starts up. No other problems once it starts.

2) when I shift into "D" you can hear the trans make thw noise pf it shifting then it jerks again no other problema once I get going

Any ideas?
