 Post subject: ARB Snorkle. Who has done it yet?

I was wondering what those who have done the ARB snorkle have done with their antenna? Id like to install an ARB Snork but Im wondering what to do with the antenna.

The snorkel mounts right in front of the antenna, so the base is still visible. I know some people have removed it completely.. I know someone else who bent the antenna the same angle as the snorkel. It actually looked pretty good.
I'm sure when they come across this post, they will post the pictures I have seen.

toss the antenna and get SAT radio.

If you really need terrestrial radio, take the ant off the fender, take the TR badge off the other, mount the antenna where the badge was and use the badge to cover the antenna hole in the pass fender.

I have XM SAT radio already. I want local radio as well. Thanks.
