In a box
I've been having better luck with the USPS lately than UPS, little better rates, all depends on where its going etc sometimes
Good luck

Packed tightly is the Key. They seem to get a little pissy when its lose, the item shifts and knocks boxes over in the truck.

USPS only has certain size flat rate boxes. I don't see why you couldn't put one item in each box and do it that way. I would check UPS and Fedex too. I've shipped heavy lightbars off fire trucks for about $40.00. Also pack it yourself, don't take it somewhere to do it.

i think by the time you do 4 flat rate boxes, you could do one standard box for cheaper almost. the flat rate boxes are usually more to compensate for the heavy ones.
