So Please tell us where you found it cheaper. :?:

Looking around, that is the lowest I found in a quick search including Ebay where they might have a cheaper price but kill you on shipping charges.

Like jeepster said, better deal at the store.

I got my Haynes for $18 at advance, better deal than that with shipping.

Overstock matches any price on the internet. If you find it lower after shipping and taxes are figured in they will match it.

1st link is $24.19 shipped.

2nd link is $21.84 shipped.

Overstock.com is $18.61 shipped.

Heck, If I could find it at my local parts place it would cost more after taxes than ordering it online from Overstock. Watch those shipping charges from some of these online places as they will get you with shipping.

Sheesh...I can't believe I spent the last 20 minutes shopping for a Chiltons manual.

my vote is still for the Factory Service Manual in PDF (I suppose in print would be nice, but that's some thousands of pages!)

Post subject:  Real Bargain Seekers...

For those true bargain hunters, here's a tip for ya that Overstock qualifies for:

Sign up as a FatWallet member and use their click through portal to shop (ie. click their 4% off link to get to overstock) and they'll give you a 4% rebate back off your purchase. In addition, if there is anything else you need from overstock you can use their free shipping off of orders >$25.

Ebates is another rebate portal site that works well also, but they don't have anything for Overstock.com

So where is the PDF posted? If someone sends it to me or gives me a link, I'll post it on my site.

Is anyone willing to share or no where I can get the Factory Service Manual for an 06 Liberty? I would prefer the cheaper of the two as I am sure anyone would.
Edit: I would like to do some upgrades myself, but I (my wife) would not feel comfortable with me doing this without a manual. But from what I hear the manual would cost me more then the upgrades I would be doing right now. Were kinda on a budget since we purchased it, so I am trying to find some cheap mods till we save up to do some better ones.

I have a copy of the 2004 / 2005 Factory Service Manual in PDF form. I can send a copy from work, not from home (i have dial up  ) if someone will PM me a link to FTP it somewhere I'll do it before I leave work today. I will only send this copy if it is accessible to everyone here in LOST for free. The ZIP of the pdf's is ~225MB or ~250MB unzipped. Maybe we can get it put up on our LOST servers and host the download from the main LOST KJ's page?

I'm trying to find some server space where we could host. Does the service manual you have cover CRDs?

Yes, It has sections for the Diesel Powertrain and Diesel Tranny seperate from the gas ones.

BTW the only reason I said I would do this only if everyone LOST has free access to it, is because I've seen these pdf's on eBay for anywhere from $50 and up for it on a cd. Example

I doubt that the LOST website will allow this to be posted here. Unfortunately you are not (legally) allowed to distribute copies of FSMs so they wont get in the middle of that. However, im sure if the FTP link was posted somewhere so everyone could get to it that they could look the other way.... right......
