Sometimes, even the simplest things are hard... I'm having trouble removing the windshield wiper arms on my '06 Liberty. Even after removing the hold-on nut, and using a puller, the arms won't release from the shaft. Has anybody else experienced this? What did you do to remover the arms? Thanx, Steve |

After the nut is removed simply raise the wiper arm in the "up" position,grab it at the bend and push down and yank back up with some force a few times and normally will break the arm free.Always worked for me. |

I have the exact same problem on my '05. I finally gave up trying to remove them in fear of breaking something.. |

I had to use a puller for mine the first time I pulled the whole arm off. I used a battery terminal puller, just like a gear puller only in miniature. |

On my Durango I broke the windshield changing wiper blades on it. |
