Sometimes, even the simplest things are hard... I'm having trouble removing the windshield wiper arms on my '06 Liberty. Even after removing the hold-on nut, and using a puller, the arms won't release from the shaft. Has anybody else experienced this? What did you do to remover the arms?

Thanx,

Steve

Welcome...
I feel your pain...had a similar problem with another car. Maybe try to wiggle it some or soak it with some WD-40 or similar. The arms are probably cast aluminium and have got a lot of oxidation build up on the fine splines or the taper section.
Good luck.

i use battery terminal puller at work all the time
http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P65=&tool=all&item_ID=11355&group_ID=1496&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog
dont have to buy one of this quality to get job done
most parts stores offer free battery install & should have something similar.
