Post subject:  Squeeking from front end while turning

This just started today it only does it when you turn the wheels
it sounds like it comes from the driver front wheel. Sounds as if there is
rubber squeeking as you turn the wheels back and forth.
Could this be a ball joint

Sounds like the anti sway bar bushing.

It is known to squeek during the cold winter months.

i had the squeak problem with the sway bar bushing but normally u notice it on speed bumps doesn’t really feel it when turning i would suggest that you g for an alignment or just check the tire wear on the driver side

are you hearing the power steering pump? Maybe it's going bad?

sway bar can squeak on turns. my wife's KJ does it occasionally and some spray silicone fixed it

Think its time for new bushings
anyone know diameter of our sway bar

silicone spray every oil change and no squeaks at all
new ones will do the same after a while anyways

by the way got a picture of the "Shovelhead"
