Can't help you with the skids, but you can put the tow hooks on without removing the bumper. A slight pain but possible.

Skids start at the rear and work forward, you want them to overlao, well the front skid over the tranny. If you're using the nutzerts then the holes are right there when you hold the skid up. My tranny skid I drilled and bolted it on. Pretty simple process

Hi Steve,

You can have a look at this topic I posted earlier : viewtopic.php?f=3&t=54621

For what concerns the middle Skid I had to modify it in the end to make it more secure.

and drill a couple more holes to secure it.

For what concers fron Mopar hooks, they are just fidly to put on, easier it you take the front bumper off, but you can put them one without taking it off.

depending on the exhaust system type on your vehicle, you may find it necessary to pound flat the section in the top right of pip's photo of his modification to the tranny skid

The Skid is for a '05/07 model and it was already like that, with the top part pounded down from Mopar.

I just installed my tow hooks last weekend, and had no problems even with the front bumper still on. As for the skids, install rear to front like tomm said. If you're using nutzerts, don't overtorque the bolts. On the tranny skid, I drilled through the crossmember and bolted as well.
