So my 04 Liberty Sport has the normal crack in the upper drivers side radiator that I've tried to repair several times but to no avail. I was wondering what the best/most common replacement radiator is for the Liberty's? Seems like getting the stock plastic one isn't the best idea, are there any aluminum ones that are good?

Also today I was out at Tierra Del Sol Desert Safari and on the way home I started getting a horrible vibration from the engine, almost like a high revving engine all the time. RPM's were normal for idling but still a horrible vibration. Popped the hood and the whole radiator assembly was shaking pretty bad, but only when the fan was on. I looked and didn't notice that there was a broken blade or anything stuck in there, wondering if anybody has had this happen before?
