 Post subject: Broke my PCV valve

Whilst in the process of removing the hose from the PCV valve, the darn PCV valve snapped off near the base. There really isn't anything left near the base to help me get it out. Cant really get any leverage with just my fingers and I can't grab it with pliers because it just spins around the round base. Any ideas of how to get the darn thing out? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Nevermind. Finally got the dam thing outta there. Better set of pliers and a ton of force got it done.
