I have done a search but don't see an exact answer or routing. Has anyone just bypassed the A/C Compressor pulley (as mine is siezing) with a shorter belt? If so, can anyone tell me the exact measurement of the serpentine belt you used and the routing? Weighing my options of going with no AC or spending hundreds for a used or reman compressor. Thx.

Here is the one I used when Mine went out 1000 miles from home. Dayco 5060760. Don't remember the exact routing but it will only work one way. I was in a auto parts store parking lot so I did not disconnect the Ac lines. I took the bolts out of the compressor. pry'ed it up out of the way of the shorter belt, put the bottom bolt back in(not in the mounting hole just through the compressor) tightened it up.That bolt held it up out of the way of the shorter belt. Drove all the way home with no problems.

I haven't done this myself, but some others have posted that a Dayco 5050658 is one.

Both of them should work(the belt tensioner will take up the slack)
