'06 KJ. When I turn the air on, whether AC, heat, or just air, it only blows on 4. 1, 2, and 3 do nothing. So it's either no air or full blast. The knob turns normally and the stops on the numbers are not any different from before. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Very common failure, many of us have gone through this before. Good news, easy fix. Follow the link kskj provided.
