I'm looking for rear window struts for an 07 Libby anyone have any good suggestions for purchasing?

Also I need instructions on how to replace them. My Jeep is 1 month out of warranty just flops down. Wont stay up without a 2X4.
Its amazing how these things always break just after the warranty expires.

Thanks.....

rockauto and several other places carry a variety of window replacement struts as well as hoodlift struts

remove retainer clip with a screw driver - pop off strut from ball stud - repeat for other end, replace and reinstall retainer clips

pretty easy R&R

I think I used RhinoPac or Rhino something for my hood

I haven't replaced my rear glass struts yet.. they still stay up as long as i open the window with my hand.. figure i'll get around to frivolously replacing them eventually :P

Replacement looks way more difficult than it is in reality. Did both of mine in 5 minutes last week. Again..Jarhead has got it in his post.

sorry for bringing up an old post but my shocks rotted off and I only have a stub on the glass left. it looks like a foam pad with a screw on it, im assuming I will have to get a new glass, is that a garuntee or is that fixable?

Thanks
Nate
