So of course I hear nothing from them. Even after I sent an email. So, I called this morning and he tells me his warehouse manager said they were out of stock! Well shouldnt I have been TOLD that before I placed my order??? I would have ordered them from Skid Row in the first place! It's going to be three weeks before I get them at this point! Im being held up from doing to important things with my truck because of this. It's pretty lame if you ask me. That isnt the way Id do business! |

I agree. This is definitely something that should be updated on their website. So are you going to get your money back or wait it out? |

Did you check Skid Row? They may not even have any in stock to ship out right away. May check with them to see time frame. I just ordered some things from Home Depot on line, showed they had them to ship, after paying I get a notice 4 days later the items will be shipped on such and such a date. After that time passed I sent an email asking where the items were, guess what they are out of stock for 30 days.

that's happened with me at summit on retarded stuff that wouldn't make sense would be out of stock .. like ever.. pretty sure marlins been out of the shop since last week somewhere at a show or something, i always email first before i order anything community wise kj specific stuff is a mom and pops run deal .. even tho it may not look like it from the inside |

UPDATE: It's now been three weeks and Ive heard nothing from him! I sent an email and nothing. I finally called and he never got back with me! I wouldnt have done business with him if I'd known this before hand! Im waiting on those plates before I can complete a job Im scheduled to do. SIGH! |

i'd bet your emails hitting his spambox for some reason I poked him bout it, see if we can't get you an answer i could speculate with what they just purchased but would just be a guess and you still wouldn't have an answer

He emailed me saying they were shipping 9-1. You'd think he would have let me know a time table as to when I could recieve them!!! Sigh. Glad I dont have a lot of stuff to buy for my KJ! |

I dont think its his fault considering it more the n likely shipped from the manufacturer. anytime i order from al i have the part sooner then i expect. he was away at a car show when i ordered my A arms and i got them the day after he got back. |

I understand where youre coming from, but i dont think this is his main job. he doesnt stock everything, he buys it from the manufacturer and has it shipped directly from the warehouse(for most things i think). |

both he and skid row were out of them - judging by timing of him getting back to ya and his facebook posts etc it sounded like he got back to you as soon as he got back to the office from the acquisition deals |

I didnt hear from him UNTIL I contacted him. Which was two weeks later. Then I didnt hear from them until I comented back. Sad. In fact, I still havent heard of any kind of estimated shipping date. This isnt how you do business and expect return customers! |

Skid Row didn't have them till the 1st Marlin wasn't in the office, and again isn't in the office now, but there is someone there to answer your questions It's also labor day weekend He needs an automated stocking system which emails the buyer if something isn't in stock or is on backorder - I think that's the biggest issue anyone has with any company really |

That's odd. When I ordered the first batch of stuff for my lift I left something out of the cart and he managed to get it to me at the same time as everything else, which by the way was two days after purchase. It wasn't even like I was in a hurry and needed it then he just said that's how he operates. Pretty OK guy in my book |

i've never had a prob with him, but I know a few people have, and it's usually been involving out of stock or backordered items, like i said, he really does need an automated notifier for that stuff |
