Oil leak only when cold

Any have any experience with an oil leak from front of engine only when cold?
I have a pretty bad drip right off the oil drian chute that only happens when engine is cold.
I replaced the oil filter to see if it was bad and that did not help. 2002 3.7 Gas

Did you check to make sure it didn't "double gasket" from the old filter ??

yes,
checked it when i changed filter.
It seems to onlt happen when I start truck.
