one goes aways and a new one presents itself.

Power is turned off I go to shut a door or the rear tailgate and something inside the jeep makes a very loud vibration sound. Best I can describe it is the sound of a subwoofer. I don't have any big speakers in the car. It seems the the slamming of the doors causes it to do that. not all the time and when it does happen I cannot get it to repeat. it is so weird.

Coming from front or rear?
Mine had a low "boing" ( spelling) sound that happened like that at times, then started to happen more often even in traffic .
Tracked it down to a radiator cap that was worn out.
First few times it did it though I had driven a few miles and then stopped
was loud as well due to you could see people turn around like WTH was that

in the rear sounds like bass coming from a 12" sub or something. doesn't happen all the time, only if I close the rear tailgate kinda hard and only when the jeep is off. something vibrates not sure what it is. Silly Jeeps and their drive me crazy sounds.
