Hey all, Been a LONG time gone from the forum. I have a question about the wife's 02 KJ. For some reason the heater in the cabin will not get hot. I am sure the coolant level is fine and the blower works like a champ. Is there a flow diverter in the heater core that governs the flow of heated coolant through the heater core? and could that be malfunctioning? Anybody dealt with this before? |

Hey i have the same problem on my wife's 05 libby. I have read that it is usually the blend door actuator that is the problem. I was on here looking for the same answer so i thought i would piggy back on your post. I am looking for a description on how to get into the actuator without taking the dash apart to much if that is possible. Pics are also nice if someone has taken any. Thanks. |

Do a search here on "blend door" you should find several posts and one with pictures. |
