So the other day Im at the store and i drive down with no issues, then when I get out of the store I cant go in reverse.. So i push my KJ out of the the parking stall and proceed to drive home. I have no issues till im like 3 blocks from home then I cant drive forward. So im sitting there and decide.. what the heck, so I put it in 4WD and figure I can limp her home. well it only works in 4 LO for reverse and forward.. I checked my fluids and they were ok.. now at home in the driveway stil no reverse or forward in 2WD only 4 Lo... Any ideas??? Did my tranny just take a crap on me? if so how come it works in 4 LO???

I'm thinking that the cable goes down to some connection somewhere. I know folks have had issues with the 4x selector - and I'd guess the Tranny selector isn't much better. |
