I took the jeep on a mini-road trip to our lady of the snows thursday night to see some awesome christmas lights. Trip was about 100 miles round trip, as soon as I returned home I stopped to grab food. When I came back outside and fired the jeep back up it had alot of trouble starting and idled horribly. I turned it off then back on again and it started and Idled fine but now I have the p0300 code on my CEL. OBD-codes says its mutiple misfires? Has anyone had this before? Ill probably start with new spark plugs and then go from there.

I just posted on that. Also, does not belong in the 4x4 section.

Had that code once in the past. Got it fixed by changing spark plugs and cables

old thread i know, but add me to the list of P0300 "victims."
had the CEL flashing on my Jeep 2 days in a row now (flashes for about 15 seconds, then stops.) pulled the codes with my reader and it's got P0300 listed as 'pending'. CEL isn't lit steady either. It had OEM plugs and a full going over back at 30k miles (just under 36k currently).

I have the same problem but no issues on running, no stumble, rough idle or anything like that. I will be changing my spark plugs and see where that takes me. I am wondering if maybe some how the remote start is the problem but I had a dealer install it so I will also talk with them to see if anyone else has the same issues.
