Kinda newto this stuff

Running a 03 Libby with 3" lift

And also looking into getting rid of the front spacer what's a good 3" setup for the front

Thank you

No extender bolts
good alignment person should be able to get it close enough to where it will handle and tires will wear good
Don't even think of RRO UCAs , JBAs only
What spacer lift do you have and where do you sit ( measure from middle of wheel to bottom of flare in the front)

get some OME 927 springs in front good set of either Bilstein or OME shocks , then add some teraflex front bumpstops. The springs will give you about 2.25-2.5 inches of lift if you want 3 add a 1/4 inch top plate or 3/8 inch clevis and you'll have the 3 inches you want
Then proceed to the rear

And at 21 you should have no problems getting an alignment done unless you have other issues or someone that doesn't know how to align one ( even with stock UCAs)
