02 99K on it
Tranny needs an overhaul but it works (Gets grumpy about going into R on my steep driveway when it's hot)
Ball Joints replaced twice
3 broken CV's
2 new UJ's
New Tensioner & Water pump last week
Replaced the rear axles w/ Yukons after axle seals took a crap at 60K
New wheel studs TWICE
I think that's it...

no intent on the hijack, but there has been a few posts I have seen, stateing the use of "yukon" axles. What are those? Are they from a GMC Yukon or is that a name brand aftermarket thing. And what makes them so special?

well.....just ticking over to 144,000 kms......where do I start......fuel gauge gave out about 30k ago.....the dealer said it was 'cheap gas'......I live in Canada and I'm sure PetroCanada would love that description of their products.....it's no big deal not have a fuel gauge, I just use the trip counter to tell me how much fuel I've used.....lower ball joints replaced in a recall 2 years ago, they're ok.....just replaced the front brake pads at 140,000.....I have a 5spd and dont use the brakes that much......the rad just sprang a leak 2 weeks ago, and because it's plastic, had to be replaced.....new struts and shocks about 30k ago....running Pirelli Scorpians STR's.....rear tailgate makes alot of noise but fighting it with rubber inserts on the metal stop....it actually chews through these rubbers at a rate of about 2 a month.....one thing I do have is that the engine uses alot of oil....always ran castrol in it, and about 20k ago, it starting using about 1 liter every 1000 kms.....I've checked the plugs (bosch +4) and they're clean....there's no oil residue on the exhaust....I have the Mopar/Borla cat-back dual exhaust conversion.....anyway, can't figure out if the engine is acutally burning the oil, leaking it (no visble leaks under the engine) or just evaporating it...!!....any suggestions would be appreciated.
I expect the clutch will be next to go....I can hear the throw-up bearing clattering.....otherwise....I dont know if I'll make it to 200,000 with too many more original parts.....I did get my money's worth of those factory brake pads tho'....

05 limited 4x4 3.7L :D :D auto just turned 9200 miles runs better as it gets older.I was a little concerned about the way the transmission shifted, sloppy up and down but the older it gets the better it shifts. No maintenance problems just change oil(mobil1) and filter every 3000miles.I love my Libbie!!!

3 years and 67k. I saw a lifted KJ at the dealership and got to talk to the owner. He has an 02 with 130k. Makes my miles look like nothing! The cool part was he saw my lost sticker and said he knew about the club.
Alberto- nice to meet ya!

Flipped 32,430 by the time I got home today. I have only had her for 13 months. Not counting my trip to Cincinnati then Indianapolis this week. I have never had it outside of Maryland or its neighboring states. All them miles and she is not my daily driver

02 liminted 55 months old and it has 117500 well maintained miles. may retire next year and looking at a GC bluetek diesel. I understand why DC is not making a 2007 CRD in the liberty because of emissions ( I live on Long island ) , I hope that the new Grand Cherolee will meet all emission in 50 ststes.
