as of right now the KJ is 34 months old with 30620
do the math and some have me beat take out the nearly 4000 total miles we drove to get away from the huricane
then to get to some work after then to get home also the 3 trips to the smokie MT.s almost 2k each ad as for DD thats low
now for the TJ bought it 14 months ago with 28k as of right now like 10 or 15 miles from 34k
thats right at 6k in over a year (it stayed behind for the storm) or 428 a month any one with less than that?

I have an 04 with just over 40k. I bought it in July of 2004. Running synthetic and no problems yet. I replaced spark plugs somewhere around 30k and all drivetrain fluids the oil change before last. I am actually impressed at how nothing serious has gone wrong with it....yet. I think it will have problems at 70,001 miles, if you know what I mean.

I drove to and from CO and northern IL once. Drove to CO from nothern IL pulling a 14' enclosed trailer. Also drove to Washington, DC from IL and back.

BTW...I also have had soda spilled on the shifter and it still makes weird noises.

7 months 17,000 miles or 2,400 miles a month. That includes 2 trips to Alabama(1,000 roundtrip) and 1 to GA.

Yeah, I drive alot.

Itwgs, your sig just cracked me up.

I have an 03 that I bought new and it has 40,000 kilometers on it (24,000 miles). Still pretty low mileage compared to others. It's a great vehicle.

I'm nowhere near any of you guys at 21,4XX miles...

Good to know they are still running well!

(I'm not worried about either transmission, btw...)

I've got an '03 with 121500 miles, and it still is going great! No issues, except for the regular maintenance things. Still have the original front end parts, and even the u-joints!

2002 3.7l Sport with 99k+. I've only had it for about two weeks but so far it drives and looks like brand new. The only problem I've noticed is the front pinion seal is leaking.

11,7XX after 10 months and still strong....investing in a k&n soon to help some with gas mileage perhaps.

2002 Sport, bought new in August of 2001 with 9 miles on it.

This week it just hit 152,000 and it's still going strong.

Maybe a few more noises than when it was new, but then I even make a few more noises now that I'm older.

I am very pleased with seeing all the higher mileage KJ's holding strong. I mean a vehicle should last a very long time (especially with todays technology), but sometimes things start to fall apart as age sets in.

I'm currently at 56K (2004) and I feel even more confident that it will perform just as good when I hit 150K.

In the same boat you are, except mine is two years old and we just got back from a 5,000 mile vacation; or it would be less.

03 Sport hit 78,893.

NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.
the only thing I have changed was plugs and oil, diff oil and trans case oil.

My baby drives like the day I took her off the lot. Except I have much more mud on it then the day I drove her home.

3000 more miles from the Moab week brings the '05 to 37.5K at 1.1 years. Looking good.
