So today is my birthday and I'm 19! My girlfriend and my mom both got me a Surco Roof Rack for the KJ! It was a great suprise! Im going to add my scuba tank for OBA to it for trial riding along with Hella 500's, my Hi-Jack, and a shovle and axe. Anyone know if Surco makes mounts for the lights and hi-jack? |

If you go to the surco web site you will be able to find all the accesories for the lights, shovels, high-lift and all the good stuff. I bought my surco rack from www.autoanything.com and they have every thing you need their for the rack. another thing that i didn't know is that you need the surco clamps to make the rack work on the roof. if you want to save money you can fab your own brackets for the lights and find other ways to mount the accesories. |

Happy belated birthday Richard! I missed this post yesterday! The Surco website has a few accessories listed for the roof rack including a Spare-me tire carrier, a Carry-it-on for the axe and shovel, and a Night Vision light bracket. I can't imagine I'll see this new rack this weekend. But congrats on your B-day haul!!! |

Oh it will be on there. Im thinking of fabbing the light mouts ($36.99 a pair is a bit pricy!) but as far as the hi-lift and shovle/axe mounts, I may have to buy them. |

I'm going to Northern Tools tonight to get my new bottle jack and stands and drool on the HiLifts. I'll see if they have any HiLift mounts there with the jacks. I know that have a cool new HiLift base plate that they're selling (which I will, of course, have to get when I get my HiLift). If they have some mounts I'll price them for you. |
