Hey everyone,
I want to get a pet barrier for the back of the KJ so mu pooch isn't running all over the back of my car when he's along for the rides. He's at that age where he gets super excited about EVERYTHING!! Anyone have any suggestions on particular barriers?

Thanks...

I just bought one for my girlfriends libby. I got it at thepartsosurce.com. It is adjustable, so you can use it with the back seat up or down. I believe it was around $45.

I just wanted to contain my dog to the back seat. I've got a 6' leash going from her harness to the center carseat anchor on the back of the rear seats. She has complete mobility except in my space. Don't see why you couldn't do it to one of the tie down hooks on the floor in the rear or do the same with a 3' leash if it's still too long. Way cheap, works perfect and I still have a happy safe dog in case of any sudden braking.

Mopar makes one that connects to the rear seat latches so it won't damage anything. It's a bit pricey, but you know it'll work well with the KJ.

i did something similar to Nanette.. i made 2 2-3ft leashes that hook to the anchors of the back seat.. that way they can be either in the cargo area or in the back seat and have enough room to lay down.. move around.. etc.. that mopar one is too expensive.. and why do they always have such small pictures.. i hate that..

How did you convince her not to take the leash off and ride in the back of your Jeep instead of taking hers?

I saw a jeep brand one on ebay and the price was pretty reasonable. I'll try and find it and send a link.
