I too just had about a gallon of water on the passenger side floorboard. I'm pretty sure mine was from the ac not draining while driving at highway speed. This is due to air forcing the condensed water back into the drain hole rather than letting it drain out- when you're parked, it's not an issue. I think the newer model kj's have an extended drain tube that curves backwards to avoid this problem. To fix mine, I just cut about a foot of garden hose and slipped one end on the ac drain hole and zip tied it, then I shoved the other end in the frame hole in front of the uca mounts. It's worked so far... By the way, the drain hole is inside the engine bay on the passenger side firewall.
