It's actually on my wife's 2010 kia forte... can't get where the oil plug meets up with the pan to quit leaking. I replaced it with a quickvalve and it still leaks. Replaced crush washer everytime and same thing, oil leaks. Any other suggestions? |

Are you sure the threads have not ben stripped out? Is it bent/dented up in any way around the hole to prevent it from sitting flat? |

What about permatex between the new quickvalve and the oil pan? I do not plan on removing it anyway once it is in its final position. |
