That's at the upper end of the price range, but yeah, they can be advertised that high. You'd probably haggle them down to $20k though.

Everything is more expensive, they have got to pay for the nanny government, VAT on everything. Plus the Chinese are putting about 9 billion dollars in the economy, by taking raw materials out.
