I just changed the shoes on the Liberty from 265-75-R16 Goodyear Wrangler MTR (which I hated by the way), to 265-75-R16 BF Goodrich TA/KO, and the outer edges of the TA/KO's are making slight contact with the rear wheel well right about at the bottom 2-3" where the pinch weld is banged over, the MTR's didn't rub since the outer edges are more rounded (oh, and both tires are/where mounted on moabs.

I am running OME 927's over Rancho's using the stock upper plate and stock upper/lower isolators, 3 conduit nut clevis lift, JBA UCA's, with the ARB front bumper. Center of hub to top of wheel well flare is about 21.5".

So my question probably boils down to adding a top plate, anyone have any input on how thick of a top plate I can add before I have to start worrying about my CV's complaining?

1/4 inch top plate will give you 1/2 inch of lift so you'd be at 22 or so
could also do a 3/8 inch top plate ( instead of the 1/4 inch) for 3/4 inch lift , (RRO sells them and Boiler may have a few left)
I see you already have a clevis so thats about it on that end

Thanks Tom, looks like 1/2 more lift will get me clear, but I might go with the 3/8" plate just to be sure.

I think Boiler said he had a few sets left last time I talked to him
if you can't reach him let me know I'll find out for sure
I'd do 3/8 inch if it was me

I sent Boiler a PM about the 3/8" plates, we'll see if he responds, thanks Tom

Add some more clevis lift.
weve been running 16mm. of clevis lift, that translates to 32mm. /1.26" of added lift for just over three years years until lockers were installed.
The who did the locker installs didn't add the clevis lift upon completion of the labour 'cause they didn't understand KJ suspension.

*Disclosure* due to being disabled I haven't added the clevis lift back yet...
