2006 CRD: Cleaned the MAP sensor, the MAF sensor and still getting the following: Jeep runs good for 20+/- miles. Then after shutoff and restarted it's in the limp mode. Then it becomes normal.

Changed Fuel filter (8000 miles and 8 mos use) fuel appeared clean, no water.

Codes; U0121 P0069

ESP light came on but has since gone off.

NOTE: My MAP sensor does not look like the picture in Sams NOOB guide (after cleaning) as it has no black bulb showing, just a copper colored rod where the bulb is supposed to be....any way to check it or just replace?

This is driving me nuts! All ideas appreciated>

My 06 CRD used to go into limp alot, then it stopped for 4 or 5 years then about 2 months ago it did it again. Weird, i forgot what the heck was going on, then my old brain kicked in, turn it off for 30 seconds, everything resets and start it up and go.
