what is the bolt size and threading for the KJ

Are there bolts in the holes now? If not, I would recommend running a tap through them. I had to when installing my hitch.

Tapping with a WD-40 covered bolt worked out pretty well for me too.

Be very careful doing it that way, don't force it too hard or it could result in damage. A carbon steel bottom tap works very well to clean threads but be careful not to cut new ones.

Either can do damage to threads! It worked out 6 times in a row so I'm good... :)
