I think they are called Nerzt? They are the threaded inserts they give you to install when your adding mopar parts (skid plates, rockrail, etc.). What has happened is I ordered a set of factory rockrails. They came in, where the wrong color and ended up being for a 2002 model KJ instead of the 2005. Anyways I tried to install them and got the drives side threaded inserts installed. The rails didn't fit. I sent them back and today I got in my replacement rockrails. I opened the box and discovered that the brackets and bolts where different. The new rockrail for the 2005 CRD use a U-shaped hook that slides in the holes in the frame. So here in lies the problem. I have installed eight threaded inserts in my drivers side frame. I now have to figure out how to remove all eight of those inserts so I can use the u-bolt things. Anyone have a clue how to remove those threaded inserts in the frame???
