I just purchased a 2008 liberty and found in the snow the stance feels really narrow and unstable.
I'm wondering if I should get 1.5" wheel spacers or Cragar soft 8 wheels?
What's the difference between the two and how they affect the jeep?
Which would be better for stability?

Thank you for your help!

Some think it helps but in reality not that much
Better tires help more than any thing else you can do
good set of tires with the snow designation help a ton
PLUS wider wheels/ spacers will not work so well unless you are lifted

I have snow tires with great tread. I am really just looking to wider my stance. I believe the cragar soft 8s are a wider wheel but I can't how much wider they are then my stock wheels. Do you know how much wider cragar is compared to stock?

Depends on what size you get but most that fit on a LIFTED Kk are 4 inches of backspacing and 7 inches wide.
BUT you'll not run them cause they will rub on the flares and when turning
Have you ever owned a KK before or driven anything like this in the snow?
What type of tires do you have ?
