I own an 06 KJ Limited 3.7L
There is a stock 2.8L CRD in my area

I have a 1.5 inch OME lift kit (HD front) with JBA UCA's and RRO rock rails

Could I swap these over to the 2.8L CRD, also will the stock CRD's suspension be able to be out on my then non lifted 3.7L?

Thanks... Haha

Well you could
BUT
remember stock CRD coils are rated at 410 lbs, the OME 927s (HD)s are rated at 400 lb, so you would be actually running springs that are designed for less weight. So of course they would wear out faster . OME lists them as being able to use on CRD but I wouldn't advise it since you already have wear on them.
